ILEETA is a fraternal association of criminal justice trainers and educators formed in 2003 by Ed Nowicki. We strive to continually improve criminal justice training through the sharing of knowledge and skills.

A Girl & A Gun (AG & AG) is a club established by women shooters for women shooters. AG & AG events are fun, social gatherings where you get firearms training and encouragement, ask questions in a safe and nonjudgmental environment, improve your marksmanship, and make new friends.

The International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors, Inc. (IALEFI) is a membership organization organized in 1981 by a group of concerned firearms instructors. This group of dedicated law enforcement professionals recognized the need to update and modernize the instruction and teaching techniques used to train law enforcement officers in firearms and use of force. IALEFI is an independent, non-profit member association supported by dues and managed by a Board of Directors elected from among the active members.

Provide realities, concepts, and approaches that will assist instructors in enhancing their female shooter’s performance. The purpose of this two-day instructor development class is to share knowledge gained through over 26 years of training shooters at every level, specifically women. It is designed and delivered by experienced female firearms instructors whose intentions are to broaden the knowledge of how a female's physiology plays a role in the shooting process, ergonomic aides/technologies currently available to assist the smaller statured shooter, communication, culture, age, and social issues that can impact the female shooter.

This two-day custom class is designed for officers and armed professionals who may not have immediate access to a long gun while responding to an active killer situation. For situations that require precision at greater distances, crowded environments, and engaging targets while moving as a sole respondent and with a partner. The class is applicable to school resource officers, detectives/plain clothes, probation and parole, armed security and the private citizen.

"Lou Ann Hamblin is one of the finest trainers I have ever worked with. She has a keen understanding of how the human organism functions both physically and mentally and it shows in her cutting edge training programs. Lou is so much more than a firearms instructor; she is an innovator! She not only builds programs, she solves problems. She has spent her adult life training law enforcement officers and there are quite a few still alive due to her trend setting training. I am quite pleased she has decided to bring her hard learned lessons to the armed citizen arena. Listen to what she has to say... she will give you the confidence needed to PREVAIL against extreme odds"

I've known Lou Ann Hamblin for many of the long years she has been teaching law enforcement. Lou Ann has shown herself to be a superb instructor at the American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers and the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association seminars I've attended. She was a tremendous asset when she served on the panel of experts on firearms and deadly force training that I chair annually for the latter organization. A gifted instructor for students of all genders, she is particularly skilled at teaching female students in both physical skills and mental attitude. After many years of urging her to train law-abiding armed citizens as well as police, I am delighted to learn that she is finally doing so and am not at all surprised at the excellent reviews she is earning in those classes. Highly recommended!
